At Rudo's Plants, we uphold the following store policies:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for plants with a valid receipt. Reasons for exchange may include a change of mind or incompatibility with your chosen location. Please note that we do not accept returns. If you encounter visible pests or a struggling plant, we will provide guidance/instructions on plant care, soil maintenance, and encourage you to stay in touch.
For pots, accessories, unused cards, and other non-plant items, we provide a 14-day exchange or store credit with a valid receipt. Explore our wide range of offerings, as we offer much more than just plants.
No exchange or return on floral purchases.
Workshops tickets refund is available for cancellations made a least 5 business days prior to the event. No refund for last minutes cancellations, no shows or forgotten reservations.
