We offer a 7-day exchange policy for plants with a valid receipt. Reasons for exchange may include a change of mind or incompatibility with your chosen location.
Please note that we do not accept returns. If you encounter visible pests or a struggling plant, we will provide guidance and instructions on plant care, and soil maintenance, and encourage you to stay in touch.
For pots, accessories, unused cards, and other non-plant items, we provide a 14-day exchange or store credit with a valid receipt. Explore our wide range of offerings, as we offer much more than just plants.
